After our initial meeting I will source any stones and create visuals for your project. Here we will make any revisions and will work to reach your finalized design

Once the design is finalized, your piece will be hand sculpted into wax form, or 3-D printed, depending on how we approach the design. This wax, or resize form will then be cast into the Recycled metal of your choice. Then the raw metal casting be finished into a ring, stones will be set, and the ring will be polished and finished. This takes time, but is so close to being completed

Custom Pieces generally take 6-8 weeks, but each project is little different. We will discuss the timeline through every step

The cost of a Custom Projects differs depending on stone type and size, as well as metal preference and the design

Custom Projects with heirloom stones, or already owned stones generally start around $3,000

We can discuss your budget and desires during our initial meeting and through the stone sourcing and design process

Stone Deposits and Custom projects are usually structured with 50 / 50 payment, where half the payment is due at the beginning of the project and the remaining half once the project is complete. If the Stones are over $5,000, the project will require a upfront full stone deposit with the remaining balance when the ring is complete

All Custom Projects are Final Sale. But my goal is for every person to be satisfied with their piece. If this isn’t the case, I will do my best to work with you to make it right

FREDEN is manufactured in the United States, in my Oakland, California Studio. The Gold and Silver used are Recycled and come from an industry trusted Caster in New York City. I source my Stones carefully, from trusted vendors that I've formed relationships with over time. And when possible, I prefer Post-Consumer or Antique Stones
