How Should I care for my Diamond or Sapphire Jewelry?
Diamonds and Sapphires are the hardest Stones, but the are not indestructible. You can wear these stones during most activities. Even though they are hard, they can still crack if hit just right, or there is an existing natural inclusion. Should any issues arise, please reach out for a Repair
How Should I care for my Tourmaline or Garnet Jewelry?
Tourmaline and Garnet are softer stones. These stones should be worn with extra care and taken off for heavy activity, swimming or hotsprings

YES-- as long as your ring is purchased with FREDEN and is a resizable style
